Join our Youth Boxing Class, tailored for individuals aged 11 to 18 (or per assessment), where we introduce participants to the exciting world of boxing through a comprehensive curriculum that includes multiple rounds of skipping, shadow boxing, and bag work, followed by focus pads, burns, and core workouts to deliver a comprehensive fitness regimen. Beyond honing boxing skills, our program places a strong emphasis on character development, instilling values such as discipline, perseverance, self-confidence, teamwork, and respect. Through strict and rigorous training, students learn to respect coaches, teammates, and opponents. Our goal is to nurture not just skilled boxers but also well-rounded, confident, and respectful individuals, fostering a lifelong love for both the sport and personal growth.
