We have boxing, kickboxing and cardio classes for all age groups, ranging from a light workout that improves your general fitness to intense training that prepares you for competition.

We have an arrangement with Sport Chek (Bridgewater) for discounts available to DMC members.

Discounts available for families. Please contact us for information.
