About the Course
Skipping, Shadow Boxing, Bag work, Defense, Core, and Sparring. Participants will compete locally and abroad. Boxers must be registered with Boxing Nova Scotia.
For those interested in pursuing competitive boxing, our coaches are here to assist with sparring and technical drills, helping you expand your skills and knowledge. Participants should either have prior experience in our Traditional or Youth Boxing programs or undergo a one-on-one assessment with a coach.
EQUIPMENT
Hand wraps, boxing gloves, clean indoor sneakers, water bottle, skipping rope
