About the Course
Punch & Power is a Boxing-style Boot Camp blended with a Resistance Band workout! Offering both Cardio & Strength: the first half of the classes will be cardio, and the second half will incorporate different types of resistance bands for strength & toning. The class will run on Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. This will be a 6-week program running from June 28th to August 2nd.
