About the Course

This woman-only class is all about fitness and feeling strong. Like any other boxing gym, you will learn to skip, shadow box and, yes, workout on the heavy bag. This class is empowering, confidence-building, and physically progressive.


Step into the ring with Ladies’ Boxing, where empowerment meets fitness! This women’s-only class is all about fun, fitness, and feeling strong—no matter your skill level. We warm up with rounds of skipping, shadow boxing, and bag work, then dive into focus pad drills, burns, and core exercises that’ll leave you feeling fierce. There are modified versions of these exercises to accommodate all levels of fitness. Whether you’re here to get fit or have your eye on competitive boxing, our coaches are here to guide you with sparring and technical drills. Join us for a sweat session that’s as empowering as it is fun!
