About the Course
Bag drills, focused pad drills, Shield drills, Partnership drills, Punching sequence drills. This class focuses on kicking and punching skills. Ladies’ Kickboxing is an empowering women’s-only class offering a wide range of activities, including circuit training, bag work, focus pads, kickboxing shield work, weight training, and invigorating cardio workouts.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of kicks and punches, gradually progressing to more intricate combinations as they grow confident in their abilities. This program is ideally suited for those who are at a higher fitness level and are eager to push their boundaries. Every class is a unique experience, ensuring that you’ll never get bored, and you’ll always find new challenges to conquer. Join us for a dynamic and supportive kickboxing community where you can build strength, confidence, and camaraderie. Note that this class may not be suitable for individuals with leg, hip, back, or balance issues, as the workouts can be demanding.
