About the Course

Beginner and experienced kickboxers are welcome. This class practices kicking and punching skills.


Welcome to Kickstart Ladies' Boxing, a vibrant women’s-only class designed to kickstart your weekend with a burst of energy and fitness. This class is open to all participants aged 12 and up, from absolute beginners to experienced athletes, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone. Participants will engage in a variety of activities, including circuit training, bag work, focus pads, kickboxing shield work, weight training, and invigorating cardio workouts. Learn the fundamentals of kicks and punches, with a steady progression to more complex combinations as participants build confidence and skill. Each session is different, offering new challenges to keep you motivated and engaged. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, build strength, or simply have fun, this dynamic class has something for everyone. Join us for an empowering workout that will leave you feeling strong, confident, and ready to tackle the weekend!
