Hello FROM BRIDGETT!

Originally from Montreal, Bridgett has called the South Shore home for over 30 years. Her fitness journey began in 2011 when she designed a personal fitness program to get back in shape. She then began her boxing journey in 2021 at the age of 65. Her passion lies in encouraging older women to improve their fitness, strength, and flexibility.
