About the Course
Hey mama - want to spend some energy on yourself? Join our mom-lead mom-focused class: circuit-based training with boxing and aerobic elements.
If your little one (under 18 months) wants to come to class, we'll have a safe and clean play area to keep them busy while you burn calories.
March 29th, April 5th, 12th, 26th, May 3rd, and 10th; no class on April 19th.
EQUIPMENT
Hand wraps, clean indoor sneakers, water bottle; boxing gloves are available at the club
